OTHER INTERNATIONAL
For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers.
To begin an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal on our website and follow the on-screen instructions to register your item. You will be able to select whether you would like to receive a refund, store credit or request an exchange.
For exchanges, your replacement item will be dispatched once the return has been processed and approved by our warehouse team.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@attode.com so we can investigate this for you.
You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. However, if you’d like to check in with the tracking more frequently you can track your on the Returnflows portal.
If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.
